NO BOOKING FEES
There are many travel sites that silently charge a booking
fee for every room reservation made, some as high as $40 per
booking. SunStream Hotels & Resorts does not charge
any booking fees for making room reservations directly with
us.

A one-night deposit
plus tax is required when making a reservation

Please be advised
that if you have a balance, it will be due upon arrival.

If your reservation
is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival, you will
receive a full refund. If your reservation is cancelled
after 72 hours prior to arrival your one-night deposit
will be forfeited.

Prevailing state and
county taxes, gratuities, recreational fees, phone
charges, and incidentals not included in rate.

Please note that
there is no refund for early departures.
NO RESORT FEES
Many resorts charge guests an additional resort fee as
high as $20 per person, per room for each night of the
stay. SunStream Hotels & Resorts does not charge
its guests mandatory resort specific fees.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For your stay, we
will note any special requests on your reservation, and
we will make every effort to honor those requests.
Please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Maximum occupancy in a one-bedroom suite is two people
and six people in a two-bedroom suite.

A security deposit
is required for each suite. We accept MasterCard, Visa,
American Express and Discover.

Young adults between
the ages of 18 - 24 must be accompanied by a chaperone
over 35 years of age.

Check-in is after 3
p.m. and check-out is prior to 11 a.m.

Please make prior
arrangements for your pet's boarding as pets are not
permitted at the resort.
