Our friendly, professional staff will assist you in planning all the details for your perfect Florida vacation.
The SunStream Reservation Center can assist with your car rental arrangements and provide information about fishing charters, express cruises to Key West, tennis facilities, sailing schools, Eco tours, day cruises, marinas and boat dock rentals, area golf courses and water sport rentals to help make your Florida vacation fun from beginning to end.

No Resort Fees
Many resorts charge guests an additional resort fee as high as $20 per person, per room for each night of the stay. SunStream Hotels & Resorts does not charge its guests mandatory resort specific fees for any reason.
No Booking Fees
There are many travel sites that silently charge a booking fee for every room reservation made, some as high as $40 per booking. SunStream Hotels & Resorts does not charge any booking fees for making room reservations directly with us.
- A one-night deposit plus tax is required when making a reservation.
- Please be advised that if you have a balance, it will be due upon arrival.
- From June – November, if your reservation is canceled at least 3 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund. If your reservation is canceled within 3 days prior to arrival your 1-night deposit will be forfeited.
- From December – May, if your reservation is canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund. If your reservation is canceled within 14 days prior to arrival your 2-night deposit will be forfeited.
- Prevailing state and county taxes, gratuities, recreational fees, phone charges, and incidentals not included in rate.
- Please note that there is no refund for early departures.
Resort Policies
For your stay, we will note any special requests on your reservation, and we will make every effort to honor those requests. Please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed.

- A security deposit is required for each suite. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
- Young adults between the ages of 18 – 24 must be accompanied by a chaperone over 35 years of age.
- Please make prior arrangements for your pet’s boarding as pets are not permitted at the resort.
